Wild Valentine

Embrace the Love of Nature

Join us & Wild Goose Gourmets for an intimate afternoon in enchanting Cornish woodland, where we celebrate the love of nature, simplicity, and the art of slowing down.

A welcome and warming wild winter cocktail will greet you on arrival before a walk around Retallack woodlands.

Foraging walk, forest bathing, nature trail, we will listen, observe, and find wild greens & edibles along the way, in the depths of winter, when our guts need it the most, get inspired to make wild ferments, salads, teas and gain confidence adding small bites of knowledge into our diets.
We will enjoy the tranquility, practice presence and mindfulness and breathe in the simplicity of nature as we walk through Cornish woodland, with some wild tea before indulging in ultimate relaxation in the wood fired hot tub and sauna overlooking crisp fresh quarry waters.

A glass of fizz & light bites will be available for you while we get warm before dinner.
Along with the heart of fire element, we will eat a wholesome meal together, using wild & local ingredients and embracing the simplicity of cooking over an open fire.

Warming Cacao and Marshmallow to finish as we gather around the fire, sipping on comforting cacao and a marshmallow pick me up.

A SPECIAL GATHERING TO CELEBRATE THE summer solstice

We are excited to share and extend an invitation to a special gathering to celebrate the Summer Solstice, hosted at the enchanting Retallack Woodlands nr Constantine.

A celebration of the longest day of the year.
Throughout the day, we will be offering the Natural Quarry Spa, Hot Tub, Sauna sessions, and a refreshing Swim.
- Massage with Ellen Worth of Halcyon's Therapies 
- Sound Bath experience with Ali Gunning from Resonant Being
- and as day turns to night Wild Goose gourmets will create a truly special dining experience.
Tickets are £125 and will be held on Wednesday 21st June from 2 pm with Gongs at 4 pm and Dinner at 8 pm.

Pasta Making with Aneta Staciwa

Enjoy a glass of wine with lunch after you’ve pasta and sauce from scratch. Your Polish host, Aneta Staciwa will share her secret recipes and show you how to make the perfect pasta then it's over to you to make the dough and roll your own pasta. Then take your seats and eat your pasta with suggested homemade sauces. There are so many varieties of pasta to explore: starting with Tagliatelle, Pappardelle, Garganelli, Rigatoni, and more...with amazing sauces like Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara, or Alfredo. This class will be followed by a level up- stuffed pasta class like Ravioli and Tortellini.
