3rd Underground Supper Club at The Mulberry Falmouth

A big shout out goes to Chefs Jay and Harry, along with their stellar front of house team Freya, Amelia, and Holly, for graciously accommodating us for the third time at their hidden treasure, The Mulberry Falmouth, last night. It was another incredible experience.

We savored a splendid 5-course tasting menu.

Chefs Jay and Harry have mastered the art of incorporating local ingredients, but what truly sets them apart is their dedication to highlighting the essence of each ingredient. This attention to detail was evident in every dish, igniting animated conversations about flavor combinations and allowing us to relish each morsel slowly.

For me personally, the Newlyn line-caught Pollock with the fermented chilli sauce and slaw and the buttery braised cabbage with the Venison were standout favourites.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined me. It's always a joy to reconnect with fellow food enthusiasts, welcome regulars, and greet new faces. I hope everyone enjoyed the evening as much as I did.

Once again, The Mulberry Falmouth has solidified its position among the elite few restaurants in Cornwall to receive the esteemed Bib Gourmand from Michelin. Their culinary excellence shines through effortlessly.
