2nd Supper Club at Carwinion House with Petty Fours

There's a lot to like at Carwinion House (a venue for all seasons). Nestled inside is the Petty Fours Restaurant which serves up quaint, resourceful dishes plated with foraged and locally-sourced ingredients. Led by Chef Alfred Petty.

Last Saturday we joined forces again and welcomed 23 strangers into Carwinion House for another exceptional 7 course tasting menu.

A glass of Peach Lemonade was sipped on arrival.

Warm Canapés at the table were:

- Mushroom arancini with Truffle aoli

- Squid ink pillow with Mackerel mousse and caviar.

Homemade Focaccia with butter

Starter

Oxtail tortellini in a rich oxtail broth with wild mushrooms.

Main

Chicken thigh stuffed with garlic and herb mousseline, chicken pie, roast vegetable salad with white wine chicken jus.

Pre-Dessert

Apple sorbet and blackberry granita.

Dessert

Spiced panna cotta, poached pear with cinnamon shortbread crumb and a pear jelly.
