Potluck Cornwall members, I’ve reserved us an area for a very special evening, and I’d love for you to join me on Thursday 4th June 2026 for an unforgettable night of incredible Nigerian food.
We’ll be heading to The Tapyard Riverside at Skinners Brewery in Truro, where Tunde from SUYAMAN will be serving a feast-style Nigerian grill experience, alongside a live Afrobeat DJ bringing the energy throughout the night.

This will be a relaxed, social evening centred around sharing food, conversation and culture. Everything is cooked fresh over the grill, so dishes will come out gradually as they’re ready, giving everyone time to settle in, enjoy a drink, soak up the atmosphere and chat as the evening unfolds.

Tunde Tejumola is the visionary behind SUYAMAN, celebrating the bold, vibrant flavours of Nigerian cuisine and wider African food traditions.
He’s collaborated with Soho House, Somerset House, Dover Street Market and Nike, and has cooked for names including Dizzee Rascal, David Haye and Letitia Wright.
Now based in Falmouth, Tunde is bringing the rich flavours of West Africa to Cornwall’s food scene, and this is set to be something really special.
