34th Chat and EAT NIGHT
What a wonderful evening we had last night collaborating with Elseafood. In just a week to plan this event I had 36 new and familiar friends attend an Alfresco Tapas night at this recently opened shipping container in Truro (opposite M&S).
Huge thank you to Charlotte, Martin, Ricky and the rest of the team for having us and providing us with incredible service and quality Tapas dishes. I personally can't wait to go back, the meatball sauce with the smoked haddock croquettes was a game changer and I loved the pickled fennel. Chef's Martin and Ricky really know how to tantalise your taste buds with different flavour/ spice pairings.
The Tapas menu on the night:
- Sourdough and Aioli
- Grilled asparagus, parmesan and olive oil,
- Smoked haddock & gruyere croquettes
- Meatballs in a sweet and spicy sauce
- Salt & pepper squid
- Seared artichokes with chimichurri sauce.
- Skin on fries
