Fantastic evening last night. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home to us Guy and Raw Food Sarah. The variety of vegetarian Italian dishes were extremely delicious. Thank you for coming Laura, Lizzie, Jean, Greg, Dan, Will, Finion and Ricardo.

Who cooked what:

Jean - Fennel Gratin and a orange, olive and fennel salad.

Laura - a citrus risotto

Lizzie - Tiramisu

Greg - Tiramisu Gateaux

Taor & Dan - Aubergine Parmigiana

Peter - Basil, coconut and green chilli ice cream

Guy - Bean soup

Sarah - raw courgette spaghetti
